What is CBD?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is the secondary active ingredient in marijuana after tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). How much CBD should I take?
In edible (or drinkable) form, CBD has a lower concentration than in tinctures or topical products, making edibles a great entry point if you’re just beginning to experiment with CBD.
