  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions, chopped (white parts only)
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon or lox
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Assorted crackers
  • Tabasco sauce (optional)

Place the first 10 ingredients in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth.

Step 2: Refrigerate
